This sweet cottage had been in the family for years, but it was time to grow up - and out. Not only was the entire house renovated and modernized, but additions were added to each of the three floors. Spray foam insulation and geo-thermal heat pumps were installed to make this house not only breathtaking, but gorgeously efficient as well.
